He has been on over 5000 sales calls and understands how to improve your sales environment, culture, turnover, preparation for sales meetings, sales process, closing and improving sales numbers. Brian holds a double major in Business Marketing and Business Management and has over 12 years of experience walking in your shoes. Prior to starting Sales Empowerment Group, Brian held various roles within ADP and the staffing industry. His first 11 years, he was with Automatic Data Processing (ADP) where he was responsible for various roles that included sales, hiring, managing, training, coaching and running offices throughout the Midwest. Later, at Solomon Edwards Group, he was brought on as a Business Development Manager to be a consultant for the Chicago marketplace. Brian has been a trusted advisor to many Fortune 500 companies.
