Xirgo’s majority owner, private equity firm HKW, was intent on repositioning the company as a provider of innovative technology solutions versus an OEM to become more attractive for a future transaction and a profitable exit from their investment.
Solution
Xirgo retained SEG to develop a compelling value proposition, messaging strategy and marketing communication tools to support a new strategic focus as a solutions provider adding more value to their customers versus their traditional product manufacturing perception.
Outcome
The new marketing program leverages the qualities that customers are looking for in a partner – one that delivers value-added solutions in addition to innovative products, software and expertise. SEG built out a new website, sales collateral and customer presentations that deliver on this promise with the “Focused. Flexible. Agile.” theme.
HKW completed the successful sale of Xirgo in April, 2021 after a five-year investment.
